We are an institution created in 2003 by the Colombian State, through the Ministry of Culture, with the aim of channeling support to the symphonic sector in the country by:
Promoting the enjoyment of symphonic music at the highest level among all Colombians, disseminating and preserving it for its capacity for social transformation through the development of sensitivity.
Involving the educational sector through the development of projects and programs of interest to all young people who are training in the study of a symphonic instrument or choral singing.
